Ice Out

It’s official! The ice out date for 2024 on Lower Hay Lake is April 9th. Ice on date was January 9, 2024 - that marks exactly three months of ice for this shorter 2023-2024 winter season. Earliest ice out was March 27, 2012 and latest ice out was May 24, 1978. See you on the lake!
